Olde Towne Inn - Manassas

Super base for exploring Manassas. Quaint hotel with decent personnel upon check-out. Unbeatable location to Signal Bay Waterpark. Liked very nice area. Neat and well-kept rooms with a king bed, and good restaurant. Easy check in, reasonable prices.

I had reasonably priced room with a king bed.

The location was perfect for walking over to local restaurants, made mealtime easy with my kids. This place has a charming atmosphere.

In my kids' opinion, the noise from other rooms was distracting at night. Improving soundproofing would be a real plus for families.

We tried the nearby Mexican spot, and it did not disappoint. The shower curtain rod in our bathroom was bent, causing water to leak onto the floor constantly. The signage outside was hard to see due to overgrown trees. Even the microwave needed cleaning before use. Noise from the nearby train was noticeable throughout the night, a bit disruptive. All in all, it's a decent place for a night but needs some maintenance touches.
